What is a launch team?
A launch team is a group of people who want to see a book reach an audience and fulfill its purpose. They are willing to help promote the book within their sphere of influence.

Here's the scoop about the launch team...
I am excited to be launching Well-Worn Paths, a 7-week women’s Bible study on joy. In just 40 days, this study will be published and available for purchase! God has guided the writing of this study and opened doors to its completion that I could not have imagined a year ago when I hid in an empty, borrowed house for a few days to pray, outline, and begin writing the first week (which ended up being the second week). It has been an incredible journey, and I would consider it an honor to take these last few steps with you. Together, we can get this study about treading paths of Christian joy into the hands of women who desire the delightful habit of consistently walking with Jesus.
So, let me share a little about the plan to carry us through the next 40 days to the launch date, November 15th. For all who sign up for the launch team, I will send emails each weekday with links to a discussion visible only to team members, similar to a private Facebook group. Check out the joyful and fun activities that await as we journey together!
Free Give-away Day. Check your email early because we will be giving away a free copy of the study for you to share with someone. We will have a different challenge each week to get your name in the hat. Today’s challenge is to sign up for the launch team before noon! I will draw from those names around 12:05, then announce the winner.
Prayer & Praise Day. I will provide a brief Scripture-based prayer for the study as well as sharing about some of the songs in the playlist and why I selected them. Please use the prayer to pray for the impact of the study, for those who will lead it, and for participants. Then, be ready to share links to some of your favorite songs to help lift others up!
Lesson Release Day. I will share a link to a lesson from Week 1 of the study each Wednesday for you to read, work through, and comment on. By the time the study launches, you will have worked through all of Week 1 plus a bonus lesson from Week 3.
Quotes or Questions Day. On Thursdays, I will select a quote or question from the study or from Wednesday’s interactions to explore a little further with the team. Please share your thoughts so we can get to know and learn from each other!
Fun, fun Fridays! Be ready each Friday with something fun to share with other launch team members. It can be a joke, meme, video, quick craft, cute pic of kids or grandkids, or anything else that brings a smile!

All launch team members will receive up to five bookmarks to share with church leaders, Bible study colleagues, or those you want to invite to church or a study.

What I ask of you as a launch: team member:
- Purchase a copy of Well-Worn Paths. Read and work through enough of the study to be able to write an honest review. We will go through Week 1 during these 40 days, so you will already have a start.
- Share a review on Amazon by December 9. (Reviews need to be up before the “New Release” label is removed to have the greatest impact.)
- Share about the Bible study. You may share on social media (a quote, an insight, the link to the Bible study information or Amazon page (when available), etc.) or with friends, church leadership, and others who might be interested.
